I can be googled!

One of the sad side effects of my marriage was that it made me ungoogleable. Try it. You don't really get much that is linked to me. But now, because I have an article published in an online journal (which is published by a real and reputable publisher, so it's a real thing) you can find me! I exist on the web!

(Of course, you have to google me in quotation marks with all my middle initials, but it's still progress. Of a sort).

As someone who is highly googleable (and therefore has to conduct her nefarious and embarassing activities under an assumed name whenever possible), I think you should enjoy your relative lack of googleability.

Anyway, congratulations on the publication! I'd google you and find it, but I don't know your middle initials.

m.a. (which makes it look VERY silly when I put my degree on the end of my name. Must Get PhD.)

You could always start spelling your last name differently (some would say more correctly)....

congratulations!

A publication is a much more exciting Google result than the ones I have, which for the most part have to do with me signing a petition to keep some beloved show on the air...
