One of the sad side effects of my marriage was that it made me ungoogleable. Try it. You don't really get much that is linked to me. But now, because I have an article published in an online journal (which is published by a real and reputable publisher, so it's a real thing) you can find me! I exist on the web!
(Of course, you have to google me in quotation marks with all my middle initials, but it's still progress. Of a sort).

As someone who is highly googleable (and therefore has to conduct her nefarious and embarassing activities under an assumed name whenever possible), I think you should enjoy your relative lack of googleability.
Anyway, congratulations on the publication! I'd google you and find it, but I don't know your middle initials.

You could always start spelling your last name differently (some would say more correctly)....

A publication is a much more exciting Google result than the ones I have, which for the most part have to do with me signing a petition to keep some beloved show on the air...
